Ms. Lanter has been employed as a legal assistant/paralegal with the firm since 1984. She attained status as a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) in 1987. Ms. Lanter served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) for four years, as an appointed member of NALA’s Continuing Legal Education Council for two years, and as NALA Liaison for the Central Illinois Paralegal Association for two years.
