Mr. O’Byrne is involved primarily in transactional and business matters, with special emphasis on commercial real estate acquisition and development, business structure and creation, contract negotiation and formation, estate planning, and probate and estate administration. He also has extensive experience in health care law. Mr. O’Byrne was admitted to practice in 1975 and joined the firm that year. He became a principal in the firm in 1978.
